This tour is designed to give the transferrees a first impression of their future environment.

During a guided trip through the town and the suburbs we show living areas, give information about the real estate market and show shopping facilities and markets.

During this trip, there is a lot of time to discuss the "Austrian way of life" as well as regional differences througout the country. Of course, important matters of daily life, such as health system, public transport parking system (to mention only a few!) will also be discussed.

Move-in full service - we help your employee to find a new home!
According to the wishes and needs of the transferree, a tailor-made profile of the new home is set up.
According to this profile, we start the search for the new appartement / the new house.
Together we visit the preselected properties until the transferree finds what he/she is looking for. Assistance is given concerning negotiations, setup of the contract and modalities of the move-in.
All registrations, such as electicity, gas, water, telephone, TV, internet etc. will be handled by us.
