The cuisine is very refined and artistically
prepared. Specialities : citronella and shrimp
soup, curries made with coconut milk, shrimp salad,
chicken and fish cooked in steam in pandanus
leaves, exotic fruit ...
You can eat delicious satay kebabs and other local
dishes on the street, Thai people don't eat three
full meals a day, they eat when they are hungry so
there are always street sellers with mouth-watering
food stands and as the standards of hygiene are
high there is very little risk if you eat from
them.
